Overview
We build AMP to help marketing teams, agencies, and operators collaborate with AI. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about your data when you use our websites, applications, and services (collectively, “Services”).
Information We Collect
- Account details: When you sign up or are invited to a workspace we collect your name, email address, role, and authentication identifiers.
- Workspace content: Content you or your teammates create, upload, or connect (brand profiles, briefs, assets, copy, AI outputs) so the workspace can collaborate.
- Connected platform data: Only when you authorize a connection we retrieve read-only data from platforms such as Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram), Google, or LinkedIn. For Meta, this can include Page IDs, Page names, Page profile imagery, insights metrics (reach, impressions, engagements, follower counts), and Instagram Business account data as permitted by the scopes you grant.
- Usage and device logs: We record product interactions, device information, and diagnostic logs to operate, secure, and improve AMP.
How We Use Information
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Services.
- Provide AI-assisted planning, reporting, and generation features you request.
- Offer customer support and communicate product updates.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when necessary to provide the Services, comply with the law, or protect AMP and our users:
- Vetted service providers: Infrastructure, analytics, and communication partners bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.
- Third-party platforms you authorize: When you connect Meta, Google, or other integrations we transmit and store the tokens required to read the data you select. We never share that data with other workspaces.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law, or to enforce our agreements or defend legal claims.
Your Choices & Rights
- Workspace access: Update your profile or request removal by contacting your workspace admin or emailing privacy@sproutbox.co.
- Integrations: You can disconnect third-party accounts at any time within AMP or directly with the platform provider.
- Marketing communications: Opt out using the unsubscribe link in emails or contact us to adjust preferences.
Data Security & Retention
We use encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, monitoring, and vendor due diligence to safeguard your information. We retain personal data for as long as your account or workspace stays active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Third-party tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time inside AMP or directly with the provider.
Children's Privacy
AMP is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a new Last updated date. Significant updates may also be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
Facebook & Instagram Platform Compliance
We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Facebook and Instagram data accessed via AMP is used solely to provide features inside your workspace (reporting, analytics, automation) and is not transferred to unrelated third parties. If you disconnect an integration or request deletion, we remove the associated tokens and data from our systems.
To request deletion of Facebook or Instagram data connected through AMP, email privacy@sproutbox.co with your workspace name and the integration you wish to remove. We will confirm removal within 7 business days and notify Meta as required.
